Postdocs are eligible for apartment search resources and a number of other benefits designed to support members of the Brown community with housing and relocation.
Postdocs are encouraged to join the Brown Postdoc Council. Postdoc parents can also connect with other families via the Graduate Students and Postgrad Parent Listserv.
Postdocs can ride RI Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) buses at no charge and can use Brown's Shuttle to travel to campus locations. Access to Brown's parking facilities is managed by the Transportation Office.
The Division of Biology and Medicine periodically runs a Building a Resilient Community workshop series to help PhD students and Postdocs develop resilience to navigate challenging situations in their training, work, and life.
